Rz. Smilacis Glabrae Tu Fu Ling 15-60g Clears Heat, relieves toxicity and eliminates Dampness.
Ram. Cinnamomi Gui Zhi 3-10g Warms and facilitates the flow of Qi through the channels and collaterals and Blood through the vessels.
Sm. Persicae Tao Ren 4-10g Breaks up Blood Stasis and invigorates Blood circulation.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 4.5-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, relieves pain, clears Heat and cools the Blood.
With Tao Ren, for Blood Stasis induced menstrual disorders, especially those characterized by early period, excessive bleeding and thick purple clots.
With Xiang Fu, for flank pain, abdominal pain and dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stagnation.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat and soothes irritability.
Rz. Cyperi Preparata Zhi Xiang Fu 6-14g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi, regulates menstruation and alleviates pain.
Sm. Vaccariae Wang Bu Liu Xing 4-30g Promotes the movement of Blood, promotes lactation, invigorates the channels, reduces swelling and drains abscesses.
With Wa Leng Zi, for amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, mobile and fixed abdominal masses and accumulations.
Concha Arecae Wa Leng Zi 9-30g Invigorates the Blood, dissolves Phlegm, resolves Stagnation, softens hardness and dissipates nodules.
With Xiang Fu and Tao Ren, for dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stagnation.
